Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by the luxurious ambiance of this hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the plush beds, private facilities, and well-furnished bar/lounge area lived up to our expectations. the location advantages of this venue were undeniable, offering one of the most stunning and breathtaking views of the city.
The prices at the restaurant were not justified by the quality of the food, leaving us with a rather dissatisfying culinary experience. Despite this minor setback, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff always catering to our needs.

Very friendly staff, reasonable, willing to help with problems and special request. Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated.
The internet connection was very poor, which was very inconvenient since I was on a business trip and the facilities were the main reason for staying at this hotel. The staff offered complimentary use of the high speed connection, but this was just as poor as the wifi connection.

The Moroccan restaurant at the hotel offers a beautiful setting with mosaic decorations, creating an authentic and warm atmosphere. According to one review, the restaurant is described as truly beautiful with all the mosaic. Another review mentions that the ambience is amazing, the food is crazy-good, and the service is impeccable.
One review mentions a negative experience with a receptionist who was rude and stern. It is important to note that this is a singular incident and does not reflect the overall service of the hotel.

The hotel had amazing views and a great location, perfect for exploring the ancient city. We enjoyed the traditional decor and the fact that they offered great food options. The service was also satisfactory.
The hotel felt a bit outdated and some areas were poorly maintained. the staff seemed untrained and unorganized at times, leading to some long waiting times.

Its a Palace and you can see the heritage in the hotels lobby, elevator (the most decorated elevator I have seen), and the doors.
The Air Conditioning was very low, for a stay during July the air conditioning should've been cooler.
